They do not govern the SmartLease leasing programme itself; that programme has its own separate agreements between InnovRent and your employer, and between you and InnovRent at the time of enrolment.

1. About this site
This site exists to explain the SmartLease employee benefit programme to employees, HR teams, and finance teams in India. It contains marketing content, blog articles, FAQs, case studies, and contact pathways. It does not transact business. Device orders and lease enrolment happen on a separate portal at order.innovrent.com, which has its own terms.
2. Acceptable use
You may:
- Read the content for personal or business purposes.
- Share links to the site.
- Reference our blog posts or case studies in your own work with attribution.
You may not:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access non-public areas, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service.

The site links to third-party services (Calendly for booking, WhatsApp for chat, order.innovrent.com for the lease portal). When you click out, you leave this site and the third party's terms govern. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Content on this site, including blog posts about tax savings, salary structuring, employer programmes, and compliance, is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
